“Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?”

“This is an apartment not a house (in case you thought so based on the description). Overall it was in good condition. The terrace with view on Jungfrau was nice. The beds were comfortable but I wish it had bigger duvet and more pillows. If you arrive by car be aware that you need to leave it in Lauterbrunnen (this is what “parking nearby” means). The communication with owner was good and the instructions were clear.”
